SWITCHING FAQS

Moving from another fulfilment provider

Will our store need to stop taking orders?

The transition is planned to minimise disruption. The exact cut-over depends on integrations, stock transfer and the outgoing provider.

Can Vox review our current 3PL invoice?

Yes. Reviewing actual charges is the best way to identify storage, fulfilment, packaging, carrier and surcharge differences.

Who arranges the stock transfer?

Responsibilities and transport are agreed in the transition plan. The outgoing provider’s preparation and release process must also be confirmed.

Are switching offers guaranteed?

No. Incentives are subject to eligibility, stock profile, expected volume and operational review.
